We have lost through time the understanding of what happens with energy through the menopause.  The menopause is the feminine arc where the feminine energy flips from the sacral chakra to the third eye chakra.  This energy needs to rise from the sacral through the heart to the third eye.

ADHD Ritual

Reiki can help clients with ADHD by promoting relaxation and reducing stress, which can alleviate some of the symptoms associated with ADHD such as restlessness, difficulty focusing, headaches, sleep issues, tension, stomach issues and chronic fatigue to name a few. 

Reiki calms the nervous system to encourage calm and relaxation, aids in improving focus by reducing mental clutter, enhances emotional balance to help stay present, supports sleep and helps reduce anxiety.
